Air India – www.airindia.in – is inviting online application to the 300 posts of Trainee Cabin Crew for its immediate requirement in Northern Region ( Delhi ) on a fixed term engagement, for an initial period of five years and to maintain a wait list for future generations. Position : Trainee Cabin Crew

Salary : 

During the period of training, the candidates will be given a stipend of Rs.15,000/- per month. After successful completion of the training, candidates may initially draw Rs.35,075/- per month (Under revision). The above salary includes Fixed pay of Rs.16,675/- and Rs.18,400/- as Flying Allowance for 70 hours of flying in a month.

No of Posts : 300 { 75 Male and 225 Females }

Eligibility Criteria :

1. Educational Qualification : 10+2 from a recognized Board/University. Candidates who are three years’ Degree/Diploma Holder in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from a Government recognized Institute will be given preference.

2. Language : Fluency in English and Hindi

3. Age Limit (as on 1 April 2016) : Minimum 18 years and Maximum 27 years (relaxable for reserved classes)

4. Marital Status : Unmarried


Physical Standards :

1. Height : Male Minimum 172 cms and Female Minimum 160 cms

2. BMI : as per CAR issued by DGCA : Female 18-22 and Male 18-25

3. Vision : Spectacles are not allowed. Contact lenses upto (+-)2D permitted.


Selection Process :

Eligible candidates would be required to go through a Group Dynamics & Personality Assessment Test (GD & PAT) at the venues as decided by Air India Limited. GD & PAT shall be conducted in phases and candidates who qualify the same and fall in the applicable zone of consideration, will be required to appear for a Written Test.

Application Fee : 

A non-refundable Demand Draft for Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) in favour of AIR INDIA LIMITED, payable at Delhi. Candidates would be required to submit the said Demand Draft at the time of GD & PAT (Not applicable for SC/ST candidates).
