Candidate should be able to generate test scripts in Java, execute tests, should perform manual tests as and when needed, support lead in all activities and deliver on project as per time lines and quality.

1 Technical Skills –Automated Test 

2. OOAD Must Have

3. Core Java Must Have

4. XML Must Have

5. Python scripting Good to Have

6. Automated test framework design Good to Have

7. Rational Functional Tester- Automated Testing Tool Must Have

8. Appium - Android application auto test tool Good to Have

9. Selenium Web driver - Automated Testing Tool Good to Have

10. PyWinAuto - Automated Testing Tool Good to Have

11. Visio Good to Have

12. Software versioning and revision control tool (like SVN) Good to Have

13. Eclipse IDE Must Have

14. Black Box/ Functional Testing Must Have
