1. Candidate should possess Bachelors degree in engineering from a recognized university or institution.
2. Application Maintenance
3. Working with other specialists in international teams and programmers and testers.
4. Part of the daily production of Product Support SD services
5. Ensure expected delivery quality
6. Daily handling of customer requests and focus on resolution
7. Customer Satisfaction
Eligiblity :
1. B.E/B.Tech
2. 0 to 2 years of experience
Desired Skills :
1. Basic knowledge of SQL
2. Understanding of C++ programing language
3. Basic knowledge of ITIL framework and terms
4. Ready to work in Nordic shifts (when required)
5. Excellent communication oral as well as written
6. Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills
